Ericsenz Capital Completes Asia’s First Physically Deliverable Bitcoin Dual-Currency Note, Distributed by SBI Digital Markets
Singapore, 18 June 2026 – Ericsenz Capital has completed the full lifecycle of Asia’s first physically deliverable three-month Bitcoin Dual-Currency Note (BTC DCN), marking a milestone in the development of institutional digital asset investment products in the region.
Launched in December 2025 and distributed by SBI Digital Markets, the BTC DCN enabled investors to earn an annualised coupon of 20% in exchange for committing to purchase Bitcoin at a predetermined strike price below prevailing market levels at inception. The transaction has now matured and settled, completing the product lifecycle from structuring and issuance through distribution and delivery.
Institutional participation in digital assets has continued to expand, supported by growing allocations from asset managers, banks, family offices and professional investors. As investor demand broadens, market participants are increasingly seeking investment solutions that combine digital asset exposure with established capital markets disciplines and infrastructure.
Developed and structured by Ericsenz Capital, the BTC DCN was designed to bridge traditional finance and digital assets, enabling investors to access Bitcoin exposure through a disciplined investment framework supported by established TradFi market infrastructure. Structured for compatibility with institutional custody, recognised settlement processes and post-trade systems such as Clearstream and Euroclear, the product delivers digital asset exposure while maintaining the governance, transparency and operational efficiency expected by professional investors.
Datuk Ashley Choo, Chief Executive Officer of Ericsenz Capital, commented: “The successful completion of this transaction demonstrates that digital asset investment products can be structured, distributed and settled within frameworks compatible with institutional capital markets.”
SBI Digital Markets acted as distributor for the transaction, providing access to accredited and institutional investors.
CK Ong, Acting Chief Executive Officer of SBI Digital Markets, said: “Institutional demand for digital asset investment opportunities continues to develop alongside the broader market infrastructure supporting the sector. This transaction demonstrates how digital asset products can be delivered through established distribution channels within a regulated framework.”
The transaction brought together multiple institutional participants across the digital asset value chain. Ericsenz Capital acted as product designer and structuring lead, while SBI Digital Markets served as distributor. B2C2, ISP Securities AG, and GenTwo provided infrastructure supporting liquidity, issuance, custody and settlement.
Ericsenz Capital is expanding its digital asset structured products offering, including upcoming issuances incorporating Ondo Finance’s USDY as yield-bearing collateral. Supported by B2C2’s institutional liquidity capabilities, the initiative reflects the firm’s strategy of developing investment products that integrate digital assets, tokenised real-world assets and traditional market infrastructure.
